Rove Designer Pro Batteries Not working ?

What happens to the light on the charger when you try to charge the battery? When you attempt to vape, does the light on the battery blink at all? If so, how many times? Does the following procedure happen when you try to charge?

   2. Screw on battery and light turns red while battery button flashes several times
